Our story
Built on relationships. Still is.
We’re independent, which means we’re not tied to any insurer, any product target or any corporate agenda. We work for our clients. That’s it.
Charter started in Preston, Lancashire, in 2002. Today we’re based in Harrogate, with roots that still run back to Lancashire, and a team carrying over 100 years of combined insurance experience.
Our goal is simple: be the broker you call first. Not just for insurance, but when something comes up and you need a trusted adviser in your corner.
